Can anyone recommend me some programs to use? Paid or free is okay.
I read through all 9 pages of the forum posts and some of you mentioned 2 programs. Would there be any privates I can buy or subscribe too?

1. Do i have to pay some fees if i remove my listing? ( as seller)
2. What is paypal fee for sold item on Ebay?

I believe you don't have to pay for removing the listings but you do lose your initial listings fee and as for paypal fees it's about 3.5%

There are two types of fees. Listing fees and Final Value Fees

Listing fees are not refundable. Final Value Fees are not refundable if there is a bid on an item. If there is no bid on an item, you can cancel the listing and do not have to pay the Final Value Fees.

If you're running an US eBay account you are technically supposed to collect and pay sales for sales to any states that you have a physical presence in. For example if your account is registered in CA and items ship out of CA, you have to collect and pay sales tax in CA.

If the only reason for your account suspension is a fee being owed, they will usually reinstate your account. But if you do something that they don't like such as having VERO strikes or drop shipping, they may just collect their fees and not reinstate your account.
 
I am reading through this and It is good information I will be reading through all pages soon but I wanted to ask the following:

Do you have a software that you would suggest to help with keeping prices at a specific percentage above amazons?

And a software that will update ebay listing prices based on what profit percentage you want?

I have seen ebay turbo lister and other software but have not used it in a while and that does not help with updating prices automatically.

If you guys want to make alot of money and sales you have to focus on lower profits and inexpensive items... Also, you can't use prime because once you get too many sales you will be amazon's target. The only way to get free shipping from items under 35 dollars and under (I'm from us) is if you have a prime account and use standard shipping (I don't know if this is allowed by amazon though).. Listing inexpensive items with 5000 listings can get you about 100 sales a day (1 to 3 dollar profit). Listing items over 35 dollars with 5000 listing will probably get you about 10 to 15 sales a day on average (Profit 5 to 10 dollars). Atleast from my experience... Right now, I'm looking for a tracking software.. I might have to go with skugrid or something.

How would this work though if you're shipping from Amazon? They've multiple warehouses throughout the country.

Are you saying you haven't had any problem with using prime with slow delivery for items under $35?

And have you ordered a lot doing it this way without problem from amazon?

You're doing the same strategy as me, but you're already ahead with your selling limits which is odd. I've been getting them raised every month by 100% and I'm only on 4200 now.

I've been doing ebay for 5 years... I just started dropshipping like a year and a half ago but finally went serious a few months ago.. Actually I still use prime, and I order 80 percent of my items on my internet phone through an affiliate link.. That website is the main reason my business last this long, but I'm looking into automation now to grow my business. Again, I'm not sure if prime and standard shipping is allowed.. I might have to create a new amazon account at a school computer lab or something and have a chat with the amazon representative and see if it's ok to dropship with standard prime.. Sounds lame, but it's worth a try lol.
 
How does shipping from aliexpress/alibaba work? They list prices in FOB. How do you get the item to your doorstep?
 
I think my biggest issue is Sales Tax. 23 States on amazon require sales tax. We can setup sales tax tables on eBay but I dont know if that is legal since we dont have a nexus in there state. The easy solution would be to incorporate the tax into the price. Then you loose alot of sales but your Profit margins are so high
 
Today I got my second sale, but of course Amazon raised its price by $12 causing me to lose almost $10 on the deal. Now all my profits from the first sale are gone, all to salvage my feedback rating!

On the bright side, I'll spend a couple days next week writing a python script to automize finding items to list and updating their prices as the Amazon price changes- should be pretty simple!
 
how do you handle taxes, which amazon has in different states of USA? today i was drop shipping and got some minuses for that taxes, it was very unexpected. Also when you get money on paypal, how do you buy item on amazon when on the other hand amazon do not accepts Paypal as a method of payment.
 
Move to another country? I'd hate to DS in the US of A, due to your draconian tax laws. Can't you set up a tax band in eBay that charges the cust. depending on their location?

Hi I do have a questions need to ask your advise. Recently I got two item unreceived case, since 40% of my products are drop shipping from overseas, it usually takes around 5-6 days to reach to the buyer. Most of them are fine with the timing, but some are not, and it affect my selling limits now.

My monthly selling limits is still the same as before, but everytime when I try to edit old listing or create new listings, on the last step, eBay ask me to call them with a random code (this code is not the one to verify your account, it says).

So I can not do anything to add more products anymore.

Some members on aspkin says it does affect them the same way for the upcoming month but they didn't call in.

I was wondering how long it will take and what should I do? I have a lot of local shipping prove since 60% of my products are shipping out locally.

I am so desperate now for your advise. Thank you so much if you can help.
