Hello. yesterday I bought your Like jacking ninja plugin. I tried it in first my website and everything works, but when I tried to second website, firstly facebook page didin't liked after pressing X on popup. Later when I tried to reinstall wordpress, and made same options, popup doesn't appear anymore. Not for me and not for other members. So what I need to do?

Hi, I have sent you a discount code to use. If FB has decided for any reason to place the "confirm like" box on likes for your site then there isn't any way around that. The Jacker can Jack Likes to FB Pages but not individual FB posts. It can however Jack Likes to Pages and Posts on your WP site.
I wasn't too sure which you meant.

Thans mate, i just bought it all works fine but i have only a little problem, my site have traffic from twitter, i block it in the refferer blocked domains , and i was going to twitter then via a tweet to my site, and it appears ( the box )
How to solve this?

Honestly, I've now lost count of the number of times I have posted this on the thread.
"We are unable to provide support on this thread. We use a dedicated support desk to provide detailed support to customers."
There is no point in posting on this thread about the details of an issue you're experiencing with the plugin or to let me know you have submitted another ticket. The posts serve no purpose and only add to the number of posts that other BHW members have to wade through when looking for answers to questions they have which have already been answered.
I see that the support desk is looking after you so can I ask that you stick with them and they will answer your question that you have raised.

Quick Update
Our hosting company is experiencing some technical difficulties so support and plugin activation is currently down we are working closely with them and monitoring the situation. We expect everything to be up and running within an hour or two the thread will be updated as soon as everything is back to normal

Quick Update
The hosting company has resolved the technical issue and all normal services have now been restored. Our help desk is now back online and all plugins are functioning correctly as usual.
If you noticed a problem with the Jacker please recheck your site and try to reactivate the license before creating a ticket. If you have any problems getting your license to reactivate then please open a ticket so we can help you. However, we don't envisage there to be any problems with reactivating your license.
