Ask me anything about dropshipping on ebay

As an amazon FBA seller, I don't really care if you dropship my product, but I would report you too if you used my imgage on eBay.

Ok. I understand you entitled to report me if I use your images.

I'm wondering in general why you wouldn't turn a blind eye. If a sale is made you get your full requested retail price and a sale is made, along with the bigger picture being that you have an extra sales pipeline by proxy as it were.

How come? You're making money when sellers sell your product and then come buy from you

I feel like i'm really playing with fire on this one. I really need to test out my system.

I'm going to set up a number of stealth eBay accounts and run various listings, noting the sellers on Amazon. I'll see what the results are.

EuphoriX - Can you please tell me as i'm n00b. If I want to sell on eBay, do I need to link a verified PayPal account? Would it be enough to link an account that is not just verified. Just virgin created with email and name etc.

Cheers mate.

Because I'm on eBay too and if you're using my image you're competing against me on eBay. I spend up to $150 for each item to get my pics professionally taken and photoshopped. You ain't gonna use it for free.

Btw. For people who drop ship my products I give them low quality pics if they ask for it. But the high quality professional pics I'm not giving away.

Because one of my competitive advantages is that I have my hot items all professionally photographed and photoshopped. I don't want you to arbitrage cash out of my pockets using my pics.

Don't take shortcuts, go verified. Unverified accounts run into a plethora of problems: If you search around you'll find plenty of threads on here from people that can't access their money using unverified pp's

I thin you mistook my intentions with that idea.

I don't want to make money with them accounts. All I want to do is list a variety of items to determine what triggers therse VeRO takedowns.

I want to do all this anonymously so there is no backlash on my functional accounts. If I make a sale I will cancel it. I don't mind if I get banned - it will be stealth and i'll just create another.

Again, the only purposes of these particular accounts is to test the waters regards duplicate Amazon listings. You know, I'm afraid to list another Amazon on my personal account for fear of getting banned. I don't want my personal account to get banned on the bay.

What do you think?

Many manufacturers don't care if you use their generic pics on their website. I wouldn't lift them straight out of listings though.

If I want to sell something through eBAY, I need to provide any certificates of quality / compliance of its products?

How would I go about dropshipping if I had a website, like what will the website be (eCommerce, affiliate)?

same as ebay lol.Just set up a website and list the items you have for sale. The site would be E-commerce too.

Have you comes across a service called Twilio. You could use that for virtual phone numbers and also have one single number and route it to whatever VA is on call for you.

What do you think?

In my experience, when ordering from Amazon, they will mail the package on the same or second day, but they won't upload tracking info until the third day. With this in mind, how could someone get/maintain TRS status when their tracking numbers are perpetually 12-24 hours after the 1 business day deadline?

Do niche product drop ship suppliers actually exist? Say I want to source a Skylake Intel CPU or Sony PS4 controller which has good liquidity in contrast to a generic bluetooth speaker or cell phone case etc..

So I gave dropshipping a shot and listed 100 items I found on amazon. In about a day they only got 3 - 6 views each. Is this normal ? How many sales can I expect with this amount of listings. What can I do to help them get more exposure ?

Sounds pretty normal. You can boost it through in listing SEO

I usually always get my tracking info the moment it has been shipped. Sometimes it may not be updated by the carrier (it's location) but nonetheless i always get the tracking #'s.

I am huge fan of Google Shopping traffic and had 100% track record in getting approved and running stores smoothly with good conversion rates and 1 cent a click on my products from google shopping.

With all my past experience i can say this model can work with amazon > your own store. cutting out ebay and the risks of loosing the money. All you have to care about is amazon prime and shipping.

anyone have any comments on this model or have any experience, please share. i have multiple google shopping approved stores in different locations and can safely say that this model is bound to work if amazon prime and shipping issues are sorted. i am up for a JV too if someone can handle the amazon prime and shipping part.

p.s OP the intention is not to hijack your thread but to add another option into the mix and see if it works for all of us.
