I've noticed that the level of interest towards the eBay side of BHW has piqued within the last week or so. Some of you are just now getting your feet wet, whereas others are trying to figure out how to turn this thing into a full time xx,xxx/m income.

I've spent A-LOT of time successfully drop shipping on eBay and would be more than happy to answer any questions you might have

It's both extremely easy and intensely difficult. It's very easy because you can start making a lot of money fast. It's intensely hard because you can get banned really quickly.

^ This is what I have experience doing. It's the best way to make money if you don't have the capital for manufacturing/wholesaling

I really love the fact that you aren't investing cash up front. Once your paypal holds are off you use your customers money to buy their products. Then you keep the profits

You can definitely do it if you don't live in the US. You need to:

1. Register on the eBay domain that correlates with your residency

Meaning that if you live in the United Kingdom, you'd register at http://www.ebay.co.uk/

2. List an item (doesn't matter what you put up)

3. Wait 48 hours

4. Go to http://www.ebay.com/

5. Sign in

Boom. You're in

I take it you're wholesaling? I may get into manufacturing at some point but I currently do not deal with anything outside of the United States. (Don't like the tariffs/shipping fees)

About the negative reviews: your buyers don't care why their product is being delayed. All they care about is the fact that it isn't getting to them when they were expecting to receive it. Yes, they'll leave negative reviews

What if they send me money?
I'll buy that product from Ali express or eBay and write their address. From this method I can ship worldwide

But I'm pretty new in this method thats why I'm struggling to get customer. Wright now I post a pic on my instagram account 10k followers and then ask them if anyone want to buy.

And also eBay and Amazon is not available in my country thats why I'm doing this.

OP! Tell me if this is a good method or not..and guide me in a wright way where I can get more customers.!

I'd give that method up in a heartbeat and start dropshipping on eBay using Amazon products. Way more products, way more customers. You can definitely DS within the United States without living in the US.

Good question/you're absolutely correct. Nobody wants to be the first guy to buy from a new eBay seller. The trick is to get your first ten feedback as quickly as possible so that you have your gold star (see here)

One way to do this would be to find 10 eBay items that are selling incredibly quickly at $3. Recreate their listings and drop the price of each to $1. You'll be in the hole $20 but you'll have established credibility, which will help your products fly off the shelf.

It's very easy to sell on eBay and ship from Amazon in the US from non-us countries. See my reply to neonskull for more info

Pakistan is a little harder because Pakistani sellers have been banned from PayPal, Amazon and eBay (you got the full trifecta )

You're going to have to use stealth eBay, PayPal, and (I think Amazon) accounts. My advice: Get five or six and slowly build it up. You can find everything you need on BHW's marketplace

I've recently tried doing this and have successfully ranked a few of my products to the top listings, however I've yet to get any sales (they aren't popular items and they're only 3).

Anyway, I'm afraid of uploading too many products and not being able to keep on top of price changes with the products (it's happened to me already). How do you avoid falling into that pitfall?

Also, I've been trying to figure out how much money some of these sellers are making by looking at their feedback number. What's the general feedback to sale ratio?

Lastly, is there a way to automate uploading products? I personally have a solid way of finding good products to list but it'll take me way to long to get to them all, should i just do it manually?

Nice. Definitely figure out price point management before you break out the big guns and hit eBay town.

Me and my business partner currently use a really powerful tool that keeps track of Amazon price fluctuations (they change 24/7). It then updates our eBay pricing on the fly so that we make a set profit margin on each item sold

It additionally automates mass item listing

You need to be precise with this. Systems are much more effective then manual labor (when I started I'd work 16-20 hour days and pump out 80-130 items a DAY. I can now do that many items in 15 minutes)

You can try using Pricematik (i've heard they do some pricepoint monitoring/automation)

In terms of figuring out who's banking on eBay/who's not.

1. Find sellers that are dropshipping

2. Go to their completed listings panel

3. Spend some time going through their listings and calculate (on average) how many sales they make

4. Take a handful, 15 items or so, track them down on amazon, and figure out what their average profit margin/item is

5. Multiply their ASM/Day by their Avg PM

6. ^Multiply that number by 30 and you'll get their rough earnings per month

thanks for the quick reply, let's say I got some ebooks to sell and got some 3 or 4 friends to buy from me 2 items each, would ebay suspect anything if it's done in like 2 weeks max ?

For beginners on a new account it can be tough mainly because you start with paypal holding your funds. My first ever account i got the holds removed after selling some of my personal items and keeping the feedback 100%. They were removed around 13 positive feedback. Though this can vary person to person. Once you remove this hold and you acquire the Paypal debit card from Paypal you can scale and kick some real ass with dropshipping. That is what i recommend because then you don't have to front any $$$.

eBay & amazon is primarily what we use simply because it is the easiest to scale (with VA's and such) which frees up your time to focus on other things and other projects. We currently do this in the USA, though i can't see why you can't do it in your country!

It's a simple process really and most people seem to overlook it's simplicity. Some orders on eBay and you get the funds (assuming you have no holds) and you go and buy the item on Amazon (with a prime account) and just put the recipients address and amazon will take care of the rest. They really don't care if it's in an amazon box (amazon is trusted) and if they do ask why an amazon box you simply say you use a service by amazon which helps get your package out faster. They don't include invoices any longer in the packages but they include a gift note which you can turn off at checkout.

Returns are also simple and is mostly handled by Amazon. they actually pick up the item at the buyers address. Arbitrage really is a numbers game. For every 500 items we list we typically see a 1% sale rate daily so avg 5 sales a day from 500 items. It's ALL about scaling in the dropshipping business. If you plan to do THIS method, be ready to list thousands of items. There are tools to help, but we started doing it by HAND. Painful process indeed. But it surely does pay off.

Thanks for the reply, I currently have a seller account with 98% feedback and around 50 reviews. No PayPal holds. So it's really as simple as that then. Doesn't Amazon get pissed about abusing Prime or do they really not care that much at all?
