Alternative to unfollowing.

Ok, so the biggest problem for bot users right now is unfollowing, but why is no one talking about the next best alternative? Blocking/unblocking. This has the same effect as unfollowing, and unblocking means that the person can still potentially follow you in future.

As far as I know, blocking doesn't have limits. I have no experience with creating bots, macros etc. Is anyone able to make a program that does this?

Obviously only block/unblock people who are not following you, the ones that follow back will still have to be unfollowed.

Ya you can use the public API to do this for a few accounts. but if you're managing hundreds of accounts you'll need a more efficient way instead of creating alot of tokens

plus unfollowing limit has increased a bit again. I can safely unfollow 700 a day... for now

IG finished updating. They change the algorithm every September/October
