Yes, I learned that awhile back too. They seem to only have their bottom line in mind, when the purpose of that service is to serve the greater goods of their customers.

LOL, exactly what I was thinking, makes no sense whatsoever! I do need to look into that 'drag and drop' feature in DW, I'm sure it will revolutionize my development skills!

Funny how so few keywords make that sort of cash when you are an AdSense publisher, but as soon as you're paying for ads you're shelling out hundreds. Do you think Google honestly only takes 60% of each click or w.e. it is?

GDN is always way cheaper than this, then add in remarketing etc. and you won't get your $50 click you MFA site should have brought. I can easily get clicks for an advertiser on GDN for often pennies and tons of them. However they obviously convert way less than search but given the low cost it is still worth it. Same click on search can cost anywhere from $20 - $100 depending on multiple factors.

So while Google obviously only cares for their profit they do not pay you less while the advertiser still pays $50+...

there are a lot of errors that can be made when using adwords. Neil Patel has a good article on his site with the most common ones and how to avoid it.
