I saw this a few months ago - some very nice looking ladies cosplaying "slutty cops in mini skirts" where in the middle (not on the traffic lights area) of a high traffic street giving out fliers like tickets. First time I saw drivers so anxious to stop and take the fliers

Hand out flyers in Las Vegas, every time I'm there I'm handed tons of escort flyers from reps on the strip.

The one time I went to Las Vegas on a family trip was when I was 16 years old and I was handed those escort fliers as well. The thing is, when I was 16 years old, I actually looked 13 years old, so they handed someone who looked 13 escort fliers.
Anyway OP, I like the flier idea suggested by EatSleepSEO and Jazzc as well.

The goal of the average person who handles fliers is to give them away as fast as possible without throwing them in the garbage.
