Hi! I am interested in knowing if there is a way to scrape "All" Instagram users or being able to scrape users by # of followers rather than hashtags,location, or followers of a user.

1. For new account, how many pictures can I upload per day using my phone? How many minutes/hours between each post?

2. What is a safe amount of hashtags to use in each post?

3. Is it worth to pay for niche related shoutouts?

1. Would do 1-2 a day. Not more, thats disturbing
2. Make a few, otherwise it looks too spammy
3. Yes it is, you have to look arround for accounts with high engagement/comments etc..

i have 20 accounts but i cant unfollow more than 300 per day.

my settings are

400 - 600 unfollow
30 - 40 seconds delay

300 - 500 follow
20 - 30 seconds delay

800 - 1200 likes
20 - 30 delay

I have mine blocked... but thats after 5th warning from Instagram or 5 post deleted because of the report....
it usually comes to your email when IG does delete urs pic....

after the fifth warning they just banned you
