for me helpdesk is not loading also (and the whole webuildtools website the same).
plugin not working for me. anytime i try it "facebook-popup" opens and say you have to login to like.
the helpteam from the tool said before it works for them when they test my website?!!!
how could this be when for me everytime opens the popup in normal firefox browser???

check your password on your email, located on pdf file, it's also happen with me, need more time to find it
