Thanks for your purchase. This is a WP plugin and can only be installed on a self-hosted WordPress site as stated in the sales page and video demo etc. I am not sure how it could be installed on a WIX site though as I have never used their platform. I wouldn't imagine that it would be possible to make it work with any amount of hacking of the code but then again I am not the coder

If you are using wordpress, it s super easy cause it fits perfectly with wordpress plug in installation programe,
In my case if possible i would like to stay on wix and find out a way to import the zip, wix has a good html5 code integration, just need to find a way for this..

You mean an html5 version of the plugin? This would be a standalone version rather than just a WP version and it is something that we have been asked about before. We have looked at it but it would require a whole new backend creating for the licensing as well as recoding the plugin too.
We have always said that if we did release a standalone version we'll bring it here to BHW

Hi, Our refund policy is that if our support is unable to resolve an issue and get the plugin working on your site then we offer a refund within 30 days. This would mean that if none of the jackers like jacking options worked on your WordPress site then we will offer a refund.
All that we ask is that you contact support to allow them to check over the settings of your install so they can troubleshoot any issues for you.
