what should I fill in the box with id and css, say my css id is #arevicofancy-close, should I fill in only "arevicofancy-close" or "#arevicofancy-close"

We only fill in that info is correct or we need to select on any option? The reason I asked is that I dont see like being jacked

?? Sorry, are you reaching out to BHW members reading this thread or requesting support?

The plugin works with the latest versions of WP and has done for the last 12 months of each version that WP released. Who are you asking for the link to what?

Hi Shez.
Just installed the plugin on my live website and it is working and like jacking.
However I am having a small issue. I tested the plugin with modal box and it worked. But now, the modal box still pops up even after unchecking that option in the settings.
I tried deactivating-reactivating, unistalling-reinstalling, but the modal box still pops up even though that option is unchecked.
Any clue what's going on?

Edit: Also when the user is not logged into Fb, it opens up a pop-up window with the FB login page.
Edit 2: Tried to recheck the show modal box option and typed in a new message. The modal box pop-up still shows the earlier message and not the new one. Seems as if the plugin's setting are not being updated after saving changes.

Hi, it sounds like a cache plugin on your WP that's causing the issue. However, to look in to the issue properly you'll need to open a support ticket so the guys can have a look for you and make sure. We can't offer support via the thread as we need to validate your ownership of the plugin which is done by asking you to confirm your license key.

If you open a ticket at the support desk http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ and provide them with the details of the issue and your license key they can assist you. To speed things up can you also provide them with details of your wp login so the support team can see first hand the settings you have on the jacker as well as other plugins that you're using. By them having access to your install they can run some quick tests and checks and resolve the problem in the shortest time possible.

How can I avoid FB staff from getting jacked? I mean do you add their ips in the plugin or what? and do u provide with that info ? like their ips or whatever u use for it?
PM me the discount code. I want to get my hands on it.

EDIT: I have some sites that are under pseudonym. So will that be considered a different user? I am sure I'll never hit the site license limit tho, not even near. But yeah my all sites are under a different name.

Hi, I have PM'd you a discount code to use. We don't have a list of FB staff IP's as even if the list was public I'm sure FB would change those IP's around multiple times each day so there it's almost impossible to keep the list updated. When you say "sites that are under a pseudonym" so you mean subdomains of your main site? The licensing system does treat subdomains (demo.yoursite.com) as separate sites to your main domain in the same way that Google does.
