Exactly my point. One can quickly conclude it is not a crucial feature, but stopping all external scripts in an automatic setup all of a sudden without prior notice can cause some serious damage. I'm sure I'm not the only one running external scripts in my automated setup all the time so I'm still puzzled how this one slipped through and it went unnoticed for a whole month.
It took me 3 weeks to notice it thanks to my extremely large list of URLs that I had previously built, and because I was caught up in personal issues that period. That certainly does not mean that my business did not suffer.
Thanks for fixing it within 3 hours. I'm still eagerly awaiting for that fix to be pushed through though.

My personal opinion, but... I feel like maybe you are wasting their time. I run external scripts too. However if we all sit here and post all day long saying "please rush it" and sweetfunny sets around and replies to all our posts, then that pretty much slows it down because they can't work on it, not speeds it up.
I mean its a $400 program thats discounted to $97 and then we get a further discount to $57 and on top of that there is no yearly cost and they provide support. I have many software that is exponentially more expensive then Scrapebox, you have to pay for updates after a time period and when you mail support you get a response (if you get a response) in 2-5+ days.
Point being you are already in violation of BHW rules for posting issues in sales thread and are borderline (read that as if you were reported, which I am NOT going to do, but if you were) your posts would get deleted by a mod because your posting a load of posts about a problem in a sales thread. The BHW rules are you can post a couples times about it but then you need to take it to support off of BHW. Thats the rules, I didn't make them. There is no rule on the forum that says you can't mail support 10,000 times a day, but I also wouldn't do that as that wastes their time and I like to get updates too, as does everyone else, but we are paying pennies for the software as it is, so maybe I guess Im saying give them a little bit of a break.
When you have a software "opened up on the operating table" as it were, you can't just compile it and push it out because your liable to screw up a ton of stuff and create all sorts of problems and cause tens of thousands of users to flood support, and then they really get nothing done and then it spirals out of control, everyone bad mouths scrapebox, sales go down, then the spiral continues and eventually they go out of business.
Sure thats a bit extreme as an example, but its possible, and when they go out of business, there will be no one to update your automator, in fact it won't work at all cause the license server will go offline and you won't be able to launch it. Also mine will quit working and then I will be unhappy as well as everyone else. And then your going to go to a freelance site and ask for a programmer to recreate it and they are going to say sure, for a quarter of a million dollars Ill build Scrapebox for you and then 6 months in they are going to double that price, if they haven't already given up.
