Since advertising must be something like ~90% of their revenues, I'd say Adwords.
Remember the saying "if you're not paying for the product, you are the product". Their other services are used to collect data on you (Gmail, Google+, YouTube...)

Yes I am agree with you. They are giving us free service and we all are addicted for Google free service. Google analytics is free service but they are spying on your website as well. Even with webmaster as well. No one knows what is happening behind the machine. Free service is like addiction and they want us to be addicted of Google.

Yup I do agree with you. tHIS IS THEIR SOURCE OF INCOME. If people can get results from SEO then no one will go for adwords.

Yup, but now I have something running in my mind, is Google just behind money? Is their any thing else...

BCoz one day I was reading that when Terrorist attacked on Twins tower google was unable to show instant results, Their algorithm was too slow and google bot crawling rate was 1 time in month(Not 100% sure about crawling), so they started working on instant results. Well we also have to believe in their service. Because no other search engine is accurate like Google. Hope this makes any sense..

Yup, even Gmail. You can see ads on gmail as well and I think youtube is their main source of income after Adwords. I am not sure if Youtube is the best source of income for Google.

Great answer. Actually it's about engagement. Are people engaging with your content? Are they spending time on your website? your website is user friendly or not. I am totally agree with you.

But you have't answers my question, what Google wants from us.

IMHO,
first of all Google cares about his search service.
After that - webmasters (their unique content)
Advertisers
Other tools and services.

Wide range of free services surely allows Google to accumulate data of their potential clients, but also provides the synergy effect.
One thing Google hasn't managed to do is a social network, competing with Facebook and Linkedin. I have no idea why Google's attemts to make good social service fail, 'cause Facebook is awful for me and Linkedin becomes too complicated.

Regarding Social Media, Orkut was the one of the best Social Media site for Google, but they fail to keep the momentum. people love Facebook and they are continuously doing updates in Facebook. Linkedin, I don't think any one can compete it, because it's a platform for business and professional people. First it was complicated for me, but now I am very familiar with it. But Google plus is not up to the mark. Slow and boring.

Now back to main topic, You have mentioned very strong points and I agree that Google really cares about Search service. Because they don;t want to lose their traffic(customers). Because of traffic they are doing big business. This is the main reason they are providing their service for free. Because they know who their actual customers are and they know how to make customers pretty well.
