The google voice numbers are not forwarded they are on the google voice account. you get a number with the account, u can answer calls, check voice mail and receive txt msgs

None of those, not even HMA. its abuses to dead, everyone and their dog uses it. Get Real Private proxies or if ur on a budget get shared proxies, but i recommend Private
