So where are you sending the traffic to from these FB ads? You said you know they haven't liked you page before because you have excluded them from your ads. So you're sending the traffic from your FB ads to your FB page?
The plugin does not have bugs in it and it cannot simply stop working when it chooses. It either works or it doesn't and as you have said, the plugin is working. Surely if it was that bad you would ask for your money back, no?
Maybe you can open a support ticket and have our team look over things to see what is going on?

I'm sending the traffic directly to my website. Currently I can see 2000+ clicks, and so far only 30 new likes. I can exclude traffic that has liked any page I choose in fb ads manager. I'm also seeing the traffic in clicky so the statistics doesn't lie. It's definitely something wrong with the plugin. I'm telling you I personally tested it on two different devices with the exact same fb profile, without cookies and on all browsers, and the modal box showed on one device and it didn't show on the other one.
I told you why I won't ask for my money and there is no need to make assumptions why I would or wouldn't ask for a refund. It's cheap and can save some likes here and there, so I'm keeping it. But it's not something I can rely on. I'm paying for traffic(on fb) and I'm receiving less likes than I would optimize for clicks/likes on fb ads directly. So this is the reason why I can't rely on it and invest in traffic. I'd get more likes for less money if I promote my fb page directly on fb, than to optimize for impressions and promote my website and hope that like-jacker will work.
EDIT: btw your support desk website is down. It was down again a few days ago when you told me in your email to open up a ticket there..
EDIT 2: At the moment I'm unable to activate or deactivate my license, suggesting some kind of an issue with your server. Also your support ticket system is down..
