Now here is your issue IF you bothered to watch the VIDEO or READ THE PDF or READ THE LP you would have seen that the jacker works with only ONE option at the time.Honestly I'm amazed that you even got some likes with your current configuration. But nevermind that I'm not here to teach everyone how to use a SIMPLE WP plugin I would suggest PMing me or Shez your email to get a full refund obviously the plugin is not for everyone we have more than 1300 satisfied customers and let me be clear here the plugin DEFIANTLY WORKS.If you have trouble setting it just let us know we will issue a full refund.
First of all there is absolutely no need to offend your customers. I have paid for the plugin like anybody else, haven't I? What does "the plugin is not for everyone" even mean? Does it suggest maybe that I cannot grasp how a simple wordpress plugin works?? I can't see how you even made it to 1300 "satisfied" customers with that kind of attitude..
Second, if the option was to be used at ONE AT A TIME selection as you imply, why would your developer put checkbox options?? There is a type of form element in HTML that is specifically made for that purpose, it is called RADIO BUTTON which doesn't allow the user to select more than one option! Let your developer know about this and see what he has to say about it. There is something called Usability in development and it handles these things you know..
And last but not least, I've read the PDF very well and there is nothing else in your PDF than saying watch the video guide, but there is no link to the video guide!! How about putting a proper PDF guide with proper instructions and WARNINGS to such important issues! Since selecting more than one option is basically rendering the plugin useless as you say, why don't you put it out as a warning on the plugin setting page as well instead of blaming it on your customers?!
And by the way your server has been down for 6+ hours last night and I was unable to activate the plugin, which means this plugin depends on your server availability. If that's the case and your server is at least one hour down per day and that happens to be just the time I order my traffic, it's a pure waste of traffic. Just saying..
EDIT: Just tested it with only the modal box option ticked and installed the plugin on a new website. It seems like it works for every page other than mine. Not sure if facebook has blocked my fb page from receiving new likes from elsewhere, but somethings up and I have no idea what it is. The plugin doesn't like-jack only to that certain page. Maybe it's a new different kind of method from facebook to fight like-jacking. My website is not banned, nor is my page. It is just that that particular page won't receive any likes through the like-jacking plugin. The page still does receive likes through other means though. This is really strange, it seems like the facebook team has caught up to this maybe??
EDIT 2: Just clicked like though the like button on the "like box" for that facebook page. It seems like there is some kind of extra step for security added for that page. Whenever one clicks like on a regular like button for that page, it doesn't immediately like the page, but it displays a second "confirm" button which the user needs to click again in order to like the page.
I was disabling the plugin every time I was ordering ads from fb as suggested. As soon as the ad was approved I was activating the plugin again. I was also using the percentage option in the plugin. But it seems like facebook caught this up right at the start because I only saw the effects of this plugin for a day or two.
I disabled it now and I hope that spam protection will go away soon. Then I will use all of the options this plugin offers for protection: daily limit, percentage and hourly. Hopefully it will be soon.
