Hi, the first step is to contact the support team at
http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ so they can check things over for you. The theme issue only affect the jacking method of "whole page" but we have just released an updated version of the jacker where we have addressed this bug but due to the huge number of themes we can't confirm if the bug has been 100% ironed out.
However, we are confident that the issue is resolved or can be further resolved if it still persists with some themes. But the other jacking options remain unaffected so you can still use the modal box jacking option.

Bought this plugin, easy to setup and understand. However I have few questions:
1. "Times when active" - what time does it use? Is it the server time, the user time? And if it's the server time how do I know what the server time is? Can you display it in the plugin please?
2. "List of locations which are going to be ignored by the Jacker:" - this option is great, but I think there should be a reversed filter as well. "Show Jacker to visitors from ONLY these locations:" - please create this filter, I really need it and I think it's much safer and practical for targeting certain countries.
3. Up until now, how many users have reported bans from facebook? Do you think it's possible to be banned if you use facebook ads in parallel since the ads are being reviewed and such?
Hi, thank you for your purchase. We have looked at the suggestions you have made as they have been raised before and we'll try to accommodate these in future updated versions of the Jacker. However, asking the Jacker to only get you Likes from one or two countries when your page is accessible to the rest of the world will look unusual to FB which is one of the reason we chose to add the country filter in the way that we have.
The time active is the time on the server of your web host. As all web hosts are different you would be best to shoot them a message to ask them what time zone your site is at.
And with regards to FB bans, as written a few times throughout this thread, the only action taken by FB is they place a filter on the site where the like jacking is taking place and prevent that site from being able to send any more Likes to a FB page. If you're going to run FB ads and Like Jack then you must make sure that you have your ads approved and running before you even add the Like Jacker to your site.
You can get away with sending traffic from FB ads to your site where you're Like Jacking but the risk of being caught is increased because FB can, at any time, come and review your site again but it's not very common for them to do it unless you have given them reason to.
If you are going to run FB ads along side using the jacker then let your ads run for a couple of days before you install the jacker on your site.

Version 1.0.10 Released
We have released a minor update to the Like Jacker and this update fixes a number of small bugs that affected some users. I have emailed all current customers with details of the update and the email contains a download link to the new version. Before you download the new version please log in to the WP site where you have the Jacker installed and see what version number you are using.
If it says anything earlier that v1.0.10 then there should be a link next to the plugin that will allow you to update it automatically from inside your WP install. If that update link isn't there try to deactivate the plugin and the update link should appear.
If all else fails then please download the new version using the DL link in the email that you have been sent. If you're uploading the new version to your site please make sure the old version is deactivated and uninstalled first.
