ok so i simply install this on my landing page or what not. there is a feature to place certain amount of jacks. is it pretty much anywhere the person goes on page it just likes the fan page associated. I'm used to seeing the whole pop up where facebook says. this page wants to access permissions and what not. this is not an issue?

You install the plugin on your WP site and it is then active site wide. There are many settings within plugin that allow you total control over the number of likes and the rate that you get them each day. As per the video demonstration there isn't a pop up from FB asking the user to log in to the FB account because the plugin can detect which of your sites visitors are logged in to a FB account - the ones that are will be eligible for Like Jacking - the ones that are not logged in to a FB account are ignored.
This isn't like any other FB Like Jacking script or plugin that is currently available to the public. This is advanced and leads the way in FB Like Jacking. Use the settings to their fullest and read the user guide and watch the user video and you'll see just how powerful this plugin is when used correctly.

It is always better to do that than post in the thread for support as we can't provide support in a thread that is accessible by anyone.

Yes, that's exactly what it means. With a 20 site license you can install the plugin on up to 20 different WP sites at any one time using that one license key.

Hi, you skipped past asking support for help with the jacker and you went directly to PayPal and opened a dispute stating that there were "parts missing". Now this raises an eyebrow or two at PayPal as they question what kind of operation we're running selling intangible items (ie with no actual parts) with parts missing. Complaints like that can cause issues for the PayPal account holder and we're not in the business of having our PayPal account suspended or penalized over false claims such as this.
Before I could respond you then escalated the dispute further (the same day).
In the notes you mentioned that the plugin didn't work but if you had of contacted our support desk they would work with you to get it set up and working correctly on your site and that is the information I gave PayPal along with pointing out that this is a digital item that can't have any "missing parts". That response was to bring the playing field level and to explain to PayPal our side of things which we're entitled to do.
If you had of contacted support and they couldn't get the plugin to work with your current WP set up then we'd more than happily refund your purchase in the same way we have done with a handful of buyers in the past.
If you go down the route of opening disputes with PayPal using false reasons and then escalating them within a few hours you must accept that we will act accordingly to protect our PayPal account.
We're open, honest and fair in all of our dealings here on BHW and online in general and welcome you to contact our support team at [email protected] who will be more than willing to assist you. As for giving our support team access to your WP site, honestly, we don't have the time or the inclination to sabotage someones WP install. We're a little bit too busy and respectful to be doing stuff like that.
Our support team have helped a lot of our customers with the settings of the plugins they buy from us and have accessed the admin section of their sites without any issues. Not one of those sites has ever been compromised by our support team and never will they be either.
We like to call it being respectful of our customers sites.
