As shown in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlblT4wU0Lk This is a WP plugin that you install on your self hosted WordPress site. In the settings you enter your FB page that you want Likes for and then when someone lands on your WP site they will be Like Jacked and a Like for your FB page will be registered on their FB account.
The video covers it much better than a written explanation really.

Sorry, are you asking if it is possible that FB could remove your FB page if they catch you Like Jacking?
Like Jacking is a Black Hat technique and we make no attempt to hide that fact. As with anything that is anything less than totally White Hat there is an element of risk involved but we have built in features to the plugin which allow you to totally control every aspect of the plugin and when used correctly the plugins activities stay totally under the radar from FB.
We've been using this plugin for well over a year and have never had a FB page banned or a website blacklisted by Facebook.
There is a comprehensive user video guide that comes with the plugin that fully explains how the settings work and what they are for. There's also a "best practice" guide that covers more points on how to effectively use the plugin.
