Hello,
Many are running and even some are doing list building first and then later cashing with cpa offers.
There is no harm in running someone's offer, as long as the offer complies Adwords Policies, In addition to having there own landing page.

YES I do and can guide you too.
Google does not allow any form of CPA or Affiliate Marketing.
You can't have a web page whose sole purpose is to capture information. Google has taken every measure possible to make sure that people can't promote affiliate products.
It's so much more than just the links.
It's not as simple as putting a little bit of content on a page. It'll kill your quality score and they'll ultimately start looking at your ads and shut you down.
P.S. Try some high epc physical products from Shareasale or commission junction and you'll have a better relationship with google for sure!

trick them, right?
But at the end of the day it isn't worth it. If you had recently use adwords, then you should know that, they actually kill your ads in next 1-2 days (manually). most important, if you do continuous attempt, they block the domain that you used for your landing page.

I just Know Google Adwords is a goldmind and a ton of idiots is rejecting it because they don't know what to do but I really wonder how big are people with Google Search network and CPA offers. and CPC don't really matter if the EPC is 3x better.. but that comes down to testing.. Im just a newbie trying to play with the BIG Fish Google Ads search and maybe a little GoogleDisplayNetwork. could use some help someone who actually spend money on google.
