You can use the plugin on any site for any FB page. If you follow the detailed user video guide and the PDF guide you won't have any problems with the pop-up like confirmation box from Facebook.

We had to undertake an upgrade on our server which has caused some downtime for some customers. While this was unavoidable we do apologize to all of our customers for any inconvenienced caused. We tried to limit the impact of the downtime by undertaking the upgrade at a time of off peak traffic.

The server is back up and running now although it may become offline again today for a period of 15 minutes which is related to the upgrade being installed.

We would like to apologize to all of our customers for this and ask that you bear with us while this work is carried out. We will email everyone as soon as the server upgrade has been completed and update the thread here too.

You may be required to reactivate the license of your plugin once this work has been completed and if you need us to we can resend you your license key.

Hi, this plugin Like Jacks the visitors at your website so all of the FB Likes are from real users. If I understand correctly from what you're saying is you want something that will get Likes from fake/bot generated accounts? If I have misunderstood you please let me know via PM.

Hi

I have uploaded videos from youtube into my wordpress. and used the option 'video' like jack. will the like jack work on a youtube vid embeded into wordpress?? or will i have to upload the video into wordpress.

Uploading the video in to WP is a better option because with some themes they handle embedded videos differently and the jacker needs to be able to identify the code for the video so that it can Like Jack your traffic.

Another way of doing it and to make, which is one that I personally use, is to not select any of the like jacking options (leave them all unchecked) and it will revert to the default jacking method where it will Like Jack your visitors regardless of where they click on your page.

So yes it will Like Jack them when they click on a video or if they click anywhere else on the page they will get Like Jacked too.

Or do we have to create our own redirect link?

This is a black hat plugin so you are always risking the chance of getting banned/blocked and thats why we have set various protecting measures in the plugin including blocking specific referrers from getting jacked. Adding a redirect link wont work as you expect since users will just like the redirect instead of the actual url.

If not logged into Facebook the plugin asks users to sign into Facebook when they click the "close" button. I either want the modal box to close when clicked "close" or just not show like jacker who are signed into Facebook and not otherwise. How do i do that?

Hi, the Like Jacker does not cause a pop-up box to appear and ask a visitor to log in to Facebook if they're not already logged in. If you're using the plugin at the moment and that is happening then please email our support desk at [email protected] and they will assist you as it sounds like a setting issue.
