We accept every video duration (only min time must be 10s) but retention is capped at 1h and 10 min for longer videos


Guys I am still working on updating system as it seems the cuts videos on 21th suffered were caused by YT changes itself - they got lower already but still occur on some videos which ofc is not acceptable, I have done some tweaks and have to wait for final results the next hours but I am sure the update I did should solve the issue further. I keep you posted. Please be patient with some tickets as queries are a lot but me and my team will address every request and needed refills on videos affected.

I am aware that some small orders added yesterday and today did not start - I restart them as I continue to update system, big orders are moving again - I am still not done with fixing hiccups caused by some YT changes and working on it with my team
