1) Views are good quality and ranking is dependent upon many other factors not just views.
2) You can buy minimum of 500 views but you have to deposit at least $10 in the panel to order them.
3) We have the speed of 30K-70K right now.

And I cound not buy views.

I clicked on the "Add video", I entered the video URL and set it to 1000 views. After that, I clicked on "Add video" button and an error occurred: "Error: Video could not be added (Code: 03)".

Sure thing. I have used them a lot without complaints. I get deleted views though. My latest order has not gotten any likes and I ordered thursday.
