If I have several Yahoo accounts but all logging in from the same IP address would I not get my accounts banned quickly. I am sure there is a workaround to this but I know nothing about IP scrambling or hiding my IP.

you need proxies, u cant login with one i.p for several accounts, they will get banned almost instantly.

There are people who sell proxies in the proxys BST area
