1. will the box show again if the person like our fan page already?

If the person has already liked your page before you use the Like Jacker it will show them the pop-up box but it won't actually like jack them or cause them to unlike your FB page. When your visitors see the pop-up box they don't know it's anything to do with being like jacked so they'll just close it like normal.

If the person has never liked your page before then the Jacker show the pop-up box and it will like jack them. Once they have been like jacked the plugin will never attempt to like jack them again. That means the pop-up box won't ever show to them again.

2. can I post image on the box?

It is best not to put anything other than text in the box. Your main aim is to get your visitors to close the pop-up box ASAP so they get Like Jacked

3. will it affect TOS of FB if I run the site with fb ads?

This is a BH tool. You can use it on a site with FB ads but it increases the chances of FB catching you. If you are going to run FB ads with the plugin on your site then make sure the plugin is deactivated until after FB approve your ads.

4. will it affect ranking in google?

Nope

When the plugin is installed on your site, for every page/post that you have on your site, you can enter a FB page URL that you want a Like for when a visitor lands on that page. In the main settings page for the plugin you can put the URL of the FB page that you want Likes for when visitors land on your home page.

If a visitor comes to your site and they are not logged in to a FB account the plugin simply ignores them. Nothing happens at all and the won't see the Like Jackers pop-up box.

Hi, thanks for your purchase. Did you follow the user video guide for the plugin? After you insert your license key, click save, and then click the "activate license" button.

If you have emailed support they will reply to you within a few hours. How long ago did you email them before posting here?

Hi, due to changing IP addresses we don't supply a list of the current known IP's that FB uses. If you block facebook.com then the Jacker will not Like Jack any traffic coming from FB.

The best way to remain off the radar is to follow the advice in the user PDF guide that explains how to use the Jacker to control the number of likes the plugin sends to your FB pages. That is the best way to stay off the FB radar. And if you run any new FB ads where FB staff are likely to come and manually review your site then make sure you deactivate the Jacker before you run any ads.

Hi, support issues are dealt with by our support team who you can contact at [email protected] as we don't handle support issues on the sales thread. The welcome email that you received mentioned this.

However, this is a simple issue to fix that only happens on some web hosts and to save you from having to send an email to support I'll address that here.

In the Jackers geo targeting settings you can enter country codes for the countries that you want the Jacker to block. If you are not blocking any countries please make sure you close any empty country code boxes instead of leaving them empty.

That's all that is causing the PHP code that you are seeing. For anything else please email our support team.

I bought your plugin and I have been testing and so far is good, but still I think I am missing something. So I would like to know:

1. I have seen that when I am logout from facebook the pop window send me to the login page when I try to close it, so I guess I loos likes when this happens right!!

2. I see I have no way to know how many times this plugin gets a me a like and when it does not. I mean is there a way to include some kind of analytics on the next update that tell you how many likes you get out of the visitors that interact with the plugin? This is because I run an Ad campaign on facebook and after sending over 8000 visits to my website I just got a little over 2,000 likes to my brand new fanpage. I have no restrictions on it and even though I was expecting at least 60% of like I got much less.

3. The other thing I wanted to know is if I set on the home page to like my facebook fanpage and then set on a different post to like the website then any user who visit both will like both actions? and if so in this case will they get the Pop window in both pages?

1) When you are logged out of FB and you visit your site there shouldn't be any pop-up from the jacker. If that is the case can you contact support about it so they can investigate it - [email protected] We can make sure that you have version 1.0.9 which is the latest version at the time of writing this.

2) At the moment we don't have plans to add this on the next update but I'll speak with the coder regarding this and get back to you. The amount of Likes you get from your traffic does depend on their actions when they arrive at your site. The biggest thing that will affect this is your sites bounce rate whereby the visitor arrives and leaves without clicking anywhere on your site. If they don't click they won't get jacked so that is one factor to take in to account.

And sending 2,000 Likes to a brand new FB page when Like Jacking could lead to problems for you with FB. FB may have restricted your site from being able to get Likes for your FB page and it happens a lot when too many Likes get sent to a new FB page from an external website. Unfortunately FB are slow at spotting something that looks unusual and the first step they take is to prevent your website from being able to send Likes to your FB page.

This may have already happened if you have only had 2,000 Likes from 8,000 visitors. Without investigating further I can't say 100% for sure if this has happened.

I already have the new version installed so I guess I will have to send support an email with this.

As for the likes I guess I was not expecting that many visits from the Ad campaign since I set up a low budget to test but the post was good so it spread fast. By the time I lunched the facebook campaign I had set the plugin only to a max of 2,000 likes for the day so I think it did no do any more the first day but today on the second day I had over 3,600 visits again and this time no likes to the fan-page. The bounce rate of these visits are 0.3% with at least 2.5 pages views for every visit/user.

The FB page is new (about 2 months) and it was getting around 70 likes a day from my site for about 2 weeks with your plugin. Anyways I think I screw it up so in this case my question is since you think that the website may have been restricted from Facebook to get Likes for my FB page, would that means that is for good or it will take some time to let it get likes from it again?

From this information it really does look like FB has restricted your website from being able to get Likes for your FB page but, honestly, setting a daily limit of 2,000 is asking for trouble from Facebook. It just doesn't look natural for an external website to be sending that number of Likes to a FB page each day.

It's difficult to predict how long this restriction may last and is totally down to Facebook. You need to build up some trust with FB and your site so I would begin by deactivating the Like Jacker for now and actually use FB ads for Likes on your website as well as your FB page. Run the ads on a low daily budget for a week and see how things go.

Unfortunately it is difficult to predict how long FB will take to remove the restriction but it could have been worse, they could have blacklisted your website from being shared on Facebook. Once that happens it's best to use a new domain altogether. At least you still have your FB account and page
