A suggestion: I wasn't able to find prices on your website. The site is built with WP, which means it would take about 10 minutes to setup a simple "PRICING" page. I think it's very important and some potential clients leave your website only because of the lack of main information. No offense, it's just a suggestion.
I would like to add some funds to the panel and use your services, but I need some info first.
1) The cost of subs?
2) The minimum amount of views per 1 video/url?
3) Average views retention?

Yes we are currently updating the panel and removed them temporally they will be back next week
We provide subscribers but no dislikes
Yes your suggestion is indeed helpful will add this asap.
1) subs are 1.5$/1k
2) minimum is 1k at the moment maybe we switch back to 500
3) average retention is 90 to 100%
We have updated our views:
0.5$ per 1k views
90% to 100% retention
Speed of 5k views per day (will be improved further)
Orders start immediately again
5$ minimum Deposit is back (try out our new views
)
What is next?
Geo views
Higher speed of views
All other service will get a rework
We will switch support to Freshdesk and welcome new support agents on Monday for better response time

Are you sure it's 1.5$ for 1k and not for 100?
I have ordered some views to test it out, but unfortunately wasn't able to order subs. Have sent a support ticket regarding this.
