Hi, that is quite harsh to be honest as it paints a one sided (and inaccurate) picture of the plugin.

I'm not sure why you didn't contact support if you were having a problem with the plugin as we deal with all support requests (irrespective to what some members here have tried to claim) and because we know the plugin inside out we are able to resolve any issues you may be experiencing with the plugin.

The Like Jacker is a BH tool and it does something pretty unique that it gets Likes for your website or FB page from real users without them even knowing they have liked your page. That's pretty awesome when you think about it.

The Jacker has a number of options for Like Jacking your visitors and if one of them is blocked by the theme you're using one of the other options will work so that solves the problem of it not working with some themes and the number of plugins that it isn't compatible with are few and far between.

Those plugins are usually FB related ones and they override the Jackers ability to post a like to the visitors FB account.

I saw your email that you sent to support and I'll reply to that to resolve any problems that you're having with the plugin and see what theme you're using. I'll happily set up the plugin for you so that it does the job that it's designed to do because that's what you get with the plugin - support and help

I don't want to be harsh.. However I am Really disappointed with the software.. not compatible with any good themes or plugins.. Please let me know how to get a refund..

I am posting an update to this post for the benefit of others as the issue was resolved by support via email.

The solution to the problem the user was experiencing was already provided in the user PDF guide that all customers receive and are advised to read before using the plugin.

Again, to all future customers, please watch the user video and read the PDF guide before using the plugin as it avoids situations like this.

No problem at all, that's why we have a support email I had replied to your email advising you on how to install the plugin and to watch the user video guide for it as that covers how to install the plugin. It actually just installs the same way any other WP plugin is installed.

I'm glad to hear that you had received your license key by email. It is the same email that had the download link for the plugin as well as links to the user video and PDF guides. If you have any other questions about the plugin send an email to support and they'll sort you out
