My website worth???

Hi, I have many authority websites and I don't have too much time to deal with all of them... Anyway, I have a website more than year old, with 150 HQ articles, niche (technology review and news website), 13,5 year old domain and I've making money through adsense and amazon (products are well over $200), making around $100-200 per month. Site is between Google page 2-10 for many keywords with 5400 and more US searches.

Keyword 1: position 34 / 12.100 searches
keyword 2: position 41 / 6.600 searrches
keyword 3: position 40/ 8.100 searches
keyword 4: position 74/ 9.900 searches
keyword 5: position 9 / 1200 searches

and many other keywords...

Now, it has around 100 UV/US organic visitors per day, rest is from fb and twitter..

I was wondering how much do you think my website is worth?

Its usually how much you make( profit ) monthly x 10 to 15.
Let say you make a monthly profit of $200
200 x 10 = $2000
But there are also other factors, that my influence the price, like is the site dropping in revenues or grooving, etc.

Thank you, then I think it is more like $1200-1500... Maybe I will sell it for less because I have so many new projects and don't have time to wait...
