New website for adsense account

Hi,
First of all thanks to you guys. I'm making good money with PPI after following some of your methods. But now i want to make stable money in legit way. I've already purchased web hosting with privacy protection and 2 .com domains. I've interest in Computer and Phones related things so i'll be writing about that on my website. But the problem is I have no adsense account and i heard that Adsense doesn't accept Tech blogs. And i don't want to purchase adsense account. So, should i make website on another topic?

The first I heard of such a thing. I have a technical AdSense blog. Important, that the website had some meaning. If you already have an active AdSense on other sites that you simply paste the code does not need to ask for acceptance.

I have applied for adsense account for my tech blog previously but i didn't get approval but after doing the same thing for my travel blog. I got approval. May be it's a myth or reality. I'm not sure about it.
