Is it possible to change the name of the plugin to something less obvious when errors pop up? It's not exactly stealth when php errors in "class-like-jacking-ninja-public.php" is showing across the top of the page.
If the plugin is showing those errors on your site then it will be down to the hosting that your site is running on. As this is a support issue then you should have contacted support and not posted the problem on the sales thread.
This in itself isn't rocket science really.
Pre-sales questions on the sales thread.
Customers with questions AFTER the purchase contact support.
I have stated this so many times throughout the thread and the simple reason why. A person posts a support issue in the thread, we deal with it via email and solve the issue which wasn't actually an issue of the plugin as 9 times out of 10 it was already answered in the user guide that comes with the plugin.
The user doesn't come back to the post to update anything about the reported issue as they're too busy playing with their new plugin. So potential buyers come to the sales thread and read supposed 'issues' that look like they haven't been dealt with when in fact they have been dealt with.
As it is, there is no need to change the name of the plugin. One 'some' web hosts the php code appears at the top of the site. It's not a fault of the plugin. But then the fix is simple too. The fix is already provided in the user help guide that all customers receive and are advised to read before using the plugin.
It's not complicated in any way.
If you mail support, like you should have done to start with, then this issue would have been cleared up in 10 seconds even though the answer is already in the user guide.

A word of advice to potential buyers: If you're new to being online and Facebook marketing etc. If you're really not sure what FB like jacking is all about then please DON'T buy this plugin. It's not for you. It's a really simple plugin that has a thorough user video and PDF guide but if you don't understand FB marketing, how FB works when it comes to getting Likes then please pass this by.
Support (which in the most part has been provided by myself) provides help with the plugin but it's not there as any form of FB marketing course. Simple as. I have personally dealt with so much of the support requests and 9 times out of 10 the support requests were issues that are already dealt with in the PDF user guide.
This plugin is an automated tool. Use it incorrectly and FB will blacklist your website and/or your FB pages. In this post I have provided a lot of advice on how to do Like Jacking safely and correctly but that advice is often ignored.
The plugin is used in a spam manner and the user gets their FB page or website blacklisted - the first reaction is that the user posts to this thread that the plugin doesn't work. There is only so much of that I can personally take to be honest and it's become as annoying as hell.
I have lost count of the number of times I've had to log in to a user WP admin to check the settings only to find that the website where they have the plugin installed has been blacklisted by FB or the FB page has been tagged at "spam" for the activity on it before the Like Jacker was even used.
Again, if you're new to this kind of activety and don't know what FB Like Jacking is all about then pass by this plugin as it's not for you. It's a BH tool designed, very well, to do a certain job.
Yes, there are some themes and plugins that it conflicts with and when those issues arise then support comes along and pinpoints the issue and informs the user of it and the options available. But we stop short of trouble shooting issues that are not related to this plugin and we stop short of providing any kind of crash course in FB marketing.
If you go an buy a car the dealership there is a basic acceptance that you already know how to drive a car and what it does. If you bought a car without knowing how to drive then crashed the car would you really take it back to the dealer and demand your money back because they said "If you're not 100% happy with your purchase we'll refund your money".
Seriously. This is a BH forum and this is a BH tool. It does a certain job and it does it well. If you decide to use it without understanding what you're doing then you have zero come back on the seller of the tool. Especially considering all of the user help guides that are provided.
