Note that disabling a anti-virus only stops it from creating new rules, but existing rules will still fire, even when its disabled. So you have to actually either add it as trusted/allowed in the anti-virus, or completely uninstall the anti-virus, there is no middle ground with anti-virus software.
So try that, or try restarting the pc in safe mode with networking, Antivirus won't start in safe mode, and you can test it, does it do the same thing?

Try turning it to 1 thread, does it work? It could be that its hogging so much system resources that its just not responding but actually working in the background, you could simply try lower connections or a smaller list as a test to see how it responds.

When you load urls from file or scrapebox, why would you export the same urls again? They are already on disk. Anyway, I added it to my notes.
Extracted links are not hold in memory, so save memory and allow loading of bigger url lists. When it extract links, it auto save them to a session folder. After link extracting, click the button "Show Save Folder", where all links are saved, sorted in folders by date and time when you extracted links.

Your post "ranktracker does not work" does not help anybody.
What does not work for you? What happen when you start it? You need to be a little bit more specific...
it just hangs, I only tried to search for one website rank, and it hanged each time.....
it is such an easy task to check your site in top 100 for a keyword, why it hangs?
