Help getting suspended AdWords account back

Hello,

I'm looking for someone that can help get my suspended AdWords account back or create a new one without them recognizing me. It was suspended for policy violations on my old domains, and now I want to advertise a new domain.

I've read it can be tricky to get back because Google may automatically ban VCCs, so I'm looking for someone with experience with this.

I want my ads on google for a new website. I don't really care if it's with my old account or a new one. The problem is that they told me my old one is permanently banned, and I don't know what kind of payment method to use to get a new one without them recognizing me or setting off a red flag.

I think there were several policy violations. I had 3 websites. I set up ads and paused the campaign on 2 of them before the product was ready to sell, but they didn't like that. I had over hyped sales pages. I generated 15,000 adgroups, many of which ended up having poor grammar. I didn't have a physical address listed. I had web content that was copied from another site.

Basically it was a mess, and now I just want to start over with a new website and adwords account that follows all their policies.

I already did that. I fixed everything they told me about and then they said they wouldn't reinstate my account and that there's nothing I could do to fix it.
