I hate this section and hate getting involved in this stuff but I figured I need to get some opinions from mods on how to properly deal with these types of people in the future. It seems childish to have result to this, but I think it has to be done. Here we go...

Normally, I refund people like this, but I'm kind of getting sick of them. Just couple weeks back I refunded a $750 order, but I'm getting sick of this. It's not a free trial and I don't work for free. I stand behind what I offer.
Please note: In the past, you can see in my reviews, if a customer has an issue with domains, I replace them. Say they had a chinese link or Viagara anchor text, no problem, consider it replaced. I work with you to make sure what I promised is there.
This customer made a minimum order, 2 domains and requested a specific niche. As the process goes I give you the best available inside your preferences. If there's no niche provided, then you can get the best I have but obviously niches narrow down the selection available. However, that's no problem and I can still deliver as promised. I promise an expired domain with a minimum of 1 do-follow news feature from something like Huffington Post, etc. Sometimes they have 2 or 3 or 4. All I confirm is 1.
His problem and opinion is he thinks the domain profile is, I quote, "crap." Of course this purely an opinion and everyone's judgement will be different. I have had some pretty happy customers in the past as you can read in the thread. He goes on to talk about metrics, which are not covered in my sales thread. He also says the domain is not indexed, and that's because the domains are expired domains. After a few months, any expired domain will lose it's index. Domain indexing is also nothing mentioned, promised or guaranteed in any shape or form in my thread.
It's a $50 domain here, and he's expecting things I did not claim. If you want a domain with fantastic profiles and multiple links guaranteed, SkyRocketSEO has some fantastic domains for about $1900. It's entirely a you get what you pay for situation, but either way. What I promise is there and if anything wasn't I told him I'd replace the domains to something that is. However, all of his claims are things not mentioned in my sales thread, so that's hard to work with. :/
Now he is blackmailing me saying he is opening a dispute in PayPal if I don't refund. As far as I'm considered, anyone that opens a dispute in PayPal, for any transaction taken place on BHW should be punished. These serial refunders know that PayPal does not protect buyers on virtual items usually, so they go to PayPal, over BHW, as BHW will support the seller on virtual items.
As for the Skype log and deliverables, please PM me mod and I can send it over.
It's not about the money but the thought. I can refund it, but he's already taken his thoughts to my sales thread, so going to hang on to the money for now until OS or the mod looks at this. Hopefully I and other sellers can figure out how to avoid buyers like these.
