1. The fact you took 4 days to even respond to me after I fulfilled the order makes it more than clear that time was not that important to you.
2. I told you I could replace if any links were bad.
3. We already discussed, your 2 domains will be indexed once your re-register them.

I contacted you as soon i brought them online. Also why did u state on your own thread they where indexed already? Also the website is not safe as you claim to be pointed to my money site. Also 4 days later you should of had the website ready you had my info

They were sent on December 1st.

Not denying anything. They will be indexed.

I am talking about December 1st and December 5th. You took 4 days to get back to me. That is far from a time sensitive response.

As often is the case with shitlists, I find fault on both sides. Macdonjo3, you did specify in your thread that the domains were indexed - and the 2 provided were not. yes, I realize that once they are registered, they can be reindexed quickly once they are registered.

Hoodbot, you assumed alot when you ordered. You obviously didn't read the full BST before you ordered based on what I saw in the skype log. You didn't ask for any clarification of anything you weren't sure about and placed your order. Then for a reason I still can't figure you, you posted one of the 2 domains on here in public view. Why do you think that I sent you the log URL via PM so you could verify it? It wasn't so you could out one of the two domains by posting it here. In addition, you had a very rude and abrasive attitude, but lucky for you that I don't make judgments purely on that.

Overall, Macdonjo3 provided you what he advertised with the exception that the domains were not currently indexed (which you only realized was mentioned in the thread when someone else posted it).

The way I see it, this isn't even a 50/50 issue... especially after you outed the domain. So in my judgement, he should refund you $25 of the payment, and that's it.

Drop the dispute and he will have to refund you the $25.

PS. You asked for the niche that you asked for and he provided the domains within that niche. You aren't going to get exact match to a very narrow niche so the domains you received were within the broad niche you provided. If you feel that there was an isssue with one or both of the domains, you work it out with the seller. You don't become rude and start cursing at him. At this point, if you still feel you have a good reason to change one or more of the domains, then work it out with macdonjo3 - and you can begin by being civil when you chat with him.

Okay, I'm ready to do this as soon as the "claim" he has on PayPal is dropped.

Also, can I get post #116 removed just in case for some bizarre reason this were to happen again?

Honesty fair would be $50 not 25 and thus you said blame on both sides how do i loose out on $75.00 thats what im wondering and flaiming a domain with bad history?

because I put the majority of the blame on you. You didn't read what you were buying, and you made assumptions that simply weren't stated or implied. In addition, you outted one of the domains in the attempt to show you were right. You also went directly from "here are your domains" to "these domains suck" and "I want a refund".

So... take it or leave it. but if you don't drop the PP dispute, win or lose, your account will be banned. Once you drop the dispute, you will be refunded the $25. Your choice.

PS. In case you haven't paid attention to PP recently, you're best choice is to drop the dispute and get the partial refund. If you don't drop it, you will not only be banned, but you will also probably lose the dispute. All he has to do is respond that it's a virtual product and there's about a 90% chance of them deciding against you.

Thats fine i am dropping it right now please do not refund me the $25.00. I will contact him though to see if he is willing to replace those websites he told me to register for a healthy backlink profile. I do aplogize for using inappropriate language and this is a lession I shall learn. Thank You for your time one last thing its not a vitual product in paypals eyes its a service

Cancel the dispute as you said and then work with macdonjo3 as you stated you wanted to.

As of right now, claim is still open.

PayPal just made their decision. Phew! Glad I won it though.
