I was using my friend since middle schools account for along time until he asked me for the account back. He is family friends, and so he said he wanted it back because he wanted to start selling his dads items and it became sorta a big deal. Time went by maybe 2-3 weeks until I see he changed his user Id twice to try and hide from me, and he changed it to something to do with apparel which is what I was selling, now the items I was selling are very custom so in order to find them you would have to have someone print them for you. So he went behind my back and started selling my exact products, he even had the audacity to use my exact pictures. Now my livelihood is in jeopardy :/.

My experience is that you get 100/5000 accounts on business accounts with verified paypal linked to it. However, it seems that 10/1000 accounts have faster rises in limits. It takes about 6-12 months to build 10/1000 accounts in the range to $10K to $20K selling limits.

How to sell replicas and get away with that?

Pick what you sell wisely and make sure your replicas are indistinguishable from the real thing.
You need to research what you can and can not get away with selling. Once you find something you can sell without getting you shut down, the reason half the people fail selling fakes is because they're selling shoddy replicas that look and feel obviously fake compared to the real thing.

I got an mc999 indefinite selling restriction back in July. I didn't sell anything on eBay ever since but still get emails on deals to list. I went into my account last night to find on my dashboard 100/$5000 limit, I then tried to list something and I got the message that my account is restricted. So my understanding is that i'm supposed to see 0/$0 if restricted, so do you know what could be going on here?

if i go from personal to business on my paypal account and then put my ein number into it will i ever have to give paypal my ssn number at that point?

depends. You are never 100% safe in a stealth account. For example if you file for EIN as a sole prop, eBay can see your name and address, and find you with public records if they try hard enough.

Does Pinger still work for phone verification outside US?

I have tried twice today to make a fresh eBay and Paypal account. The issue i think i followed everything perfectly to create a stealth account. However i used Pinger to verify the phone before listing an item. Pinger worked and verified it but half an hour later my account is disabled with MC113.

I cant figure out for the life of me what is causing it to happen! Could the use of Pinger for phone verification cause this to happen?

I'm getting all my stealth accounts shut down immediately too. I thought it was ip but go fresh ip and suspended immediately after creating account. Nothing listed yet. that only leaves vcc and phone. I also used a phone verification service.

Its gotten really hard to get back on lately.

I have two questions, hope you guy can help me to understand more about Ebay pocilities, thank you so much!

1/ I have many friends live in different countries and I have registered on Ebay to buy some gifts for them... so can I buy a product multi times and change "shipping address" every single buying by clicking and changing the option in the final step of buying? therefore i do not need to contact sellers then wait for them to answer every message. Does it break Ebay rules?

2/ This is important, in opposite of the thing above, I also have two different warehouses, one from China and another one from Texas, USA. I want to post my goods on Ebay but can I change "item location" option on the tab when I create a new listing? further I will change it a lot of times.

Does Ebay suspend me because of one of things above?

Have anyone heard about congress trying to impose a sales tax to eBay and Pay Pal purchases online because if this is true I believe its going to have an adverse effect on affiliates/drop shippers and the like.

You have to sell a few more item and then the limits will be reset to 100 a month.

I'm new to the BlackHat community, but have experience in affiliate marketing and related industries. (However, I only started in this entire direction in March 2014)
So obviously, still pretty new. I currently work on a sales floor where we basically sell internet coaching. (Where I started in March, which focuses on starting students up with dropshippers on eBay, S.E.O., and market analysis software.) I was introduced to affiliate marketing a few months prior to my employment there. I gave it a whirl with what little information I had at the time and ended up screwing it up a bit. The biggest problem I ran into at the time was having access to my funds in a reasonable amount of time. Since I was attempting to start by working with Amazon, I was relying on the customers payment to pay Amazon and in turn be able to provide a tracking number. The funds took much longer to become available (about 3 weeks) and my account tanked due to the negative feedback created.
So over the past 8 or so months I've been learning more about the industry. I looked further into what was needed of my account for the funds to become readily available. From what I've
gathered, the only way is to have the 90 days from your first sale, and 25+ successful transactions. I'm looking to start something asap and don't necessarily have the time to wait the 90 days. I know there is a way around this, I just haven't found it yet. I know that our financing closer mentions they need a 10 feedback rating from eBay and that's all.. but maybe I'm missing something. Not sure if all this made the most sense, but I hope you got the gist of it.
Anyways, I'm looking for someone that can point me in a positive direction with getting this started for not only myself, but my entire family. Money has become a serious issue in the past couple years.. My parents just announced their divorce after 18 years and with that will obviously come harder financial times. My dad can barely afford our family home on his own salary and my mother will barely be able to afford her own apartment with what she makes. My sister is will most likely move in with her to help out, but I don't know what my dad is going to do. He told me the other day he is probably going to apply part-time to stock shelves at walmart to make it... It just kills me. Anyway, sorry for pouring my heart and soul to you, but I need to do something. Not just for myself, but for them. They deserve it and I know it's possible.
