I need to check the local SERP ranking for my site in Google, targeted for the city Las Vegas, Neveda in US. Could you suggest me tools or any other sources to find the exact localized results.

If it is just a couple of KWs, don't spend any money on a tool or service, just use Google.

If you know what KWs you want to track and have a bunch, use a service like SerpBuddy. If you have only a few, just Google them.

If you do not know what KWs are working for you, set up webmaster tools on your site and click "Search Traffic" and then click "Search Queries" and Google will show you what your site is ranking for as an average position.

I think that 99% of the website owners out there should be taking advantage of Google Webmaster Tools, especially if you are fairly new to the game.
