I would say majority dont, ive spent a lot of money to come to that conclusion, mainly because the backlink profile that the vendor builds are the same for all their customers, you can mix, but it is still obvious to go0g.

I found some good providers, but those are needles in haystacks, literally. Majority is bs.

Fiverr is still a great place. I would use it for design work, reports and stuff like that, but not really for link building, unless its to compliment a much more diverse strategy.

Fiverr is not much bad for all kind of works.. It's good and special for few things like content writing, blog comments, some urgent small work stuffs, design works. But most of the people wont prefer fiverr for SEO. If you're much minded in SEO then don't go for fiverr while BHW is there with hell lot of good sellers. Here you can get good and trusted service whatever you're looking for. Do quality SEO service. You have to mind one thing that you will get only for what you have paid for.

There are also shit services on BHW, Warrior, WF etc etc as well as good ones. Same applies to outsourcing / freelance sites.
Fiverr is good for logo design, some video stuff etc.
There a a handful of good seo providers on there, but ideally for Tier 1.

It was like 50 awesome links for $5

one out of the 50 has shown up as a backlink
