I add before 4 days and now status still Added, no view for video,
some my video down, i submit ticket but no reply on ticket and i think ticket not work

It's been 4 days now since I added these orders and still no views. Still on "Added" status.

Tried to email the support but didn't received any response. Tried to create 3 tickets and still no response.
Tried to send 2 messages to Lordsenf 3 days ago but still no response even though I saw he was online yesterday.

Main Point: I paid for for this but didn't received any single views. Might file a dispute on Paypal and look for another provider.

Hey Lordsenf, Dunno what your doing but it's great :) Views are great ! Keep it up and don;t change a thing.

For everyone else complaining .... if you are in a competitive niche or your video sucks ass ... don;t blame the views . I've been testing this out for a while with thousands and thousands and it's freakin great and the fastest view providing service so far :)

Sooo .... put a sock in it, and Lord. Keep up the good work.

IKR. The views now are lightning fast. But my previous 6 orders are still stuck on "Added" status and never been processed! Never heard anything from them as well.

I would be happy if they can at least response to one of my tickets and inform me that there is a problem etc. etc. I could understand.

Update 10-27-2014: They deleted all my tickets. Dunno why.

Edit: Got an answer earlier this morning. Thanks Sagar.

They are currently updating the ticketing system and adding more services.
 
Hello guys,

in order to get all organized again and your queries solved in short time again I hired rap8557 for forum support, he will answer all your questions or pm's about the service here - he's a very nice guy and if you have any issues or queries just message rap8557 he is most of the times online and will be able to reply faster than me. Yeah as rap8557 already told we had to switch our ticket system plugin as it was bugged(some of you weren't able to see the tickets anymore due when Sagar replied) so we had to change it - it's working ever since perfect.

I hope this will help improve the support again in the future as I am clearly not able to handle it all by myself anymore. Thanks for understanding and your patience - and a warm welcome to rap8557 on board.

If you could take a look my twitter view video was deleted for views some time ago but i couldnt even ask for a refund because your ticket support was either down or just buggy. It's only $3 but it would be a great help. You can just credit it into my Xlviews account which is blackhatsami

I have bought 1k views, 500, 1500 and different videos. When I look on realtime it shows thtat many views are actually coming in but when i actually go on the video im getting no views. What is the reason for this? And it's is not because the video has not updated because when i refresh the page the views go up. This seems to be happening with another view buying network i use on a different video which i uploaded yesterday.
