providing(linking) this files via file sharing hosting websites like medi**ire,up*it,ju*bo,uplo**baz etc

my domain registered in "God*ddy" with privet detail hidden in whois

WHICH HOST BEST FOR THIS TYPE OF WEBSITES?

I am planing to godaddy host (chipper n best)?

Will goda*dy take a any type of action in future to my site?

I dont HAVE to host illegal content on website. i only have links that point to the illegal content. Next step is buying domain privacy..is this way will work ?

GoDaddy won't care what you do with your domain, it's the hosting companies that will get contacted on your behalf asking for the removal of the illegal content.

For this kind of site, you need to have offshore hosting and domain registrar.

+ For offshore hosting, I only have experience with KnownSRV but VPS plan. Warez linking is allowed there as long you don't host the files.
+ For maximum protection, I'd avoid Godaddy or NameCheap as the registrars. Furthermore, I also avoid a .COM, .INFO, .NET, .ORG or similar domains extensions. .EU is fine. In addition to that, Internet.BS is fine with the kind of site.

You could ignore my suggestions, but, if need to have a more longer term and additional protection to this kind of sites, my suggestion will add more benefit to your project.
