Youtube is sooo funny at times. I uploaded a video and within 10 minutes it had over 200 views. I had a feeling the video to go viral from that point.

A minute later the video got pulled for "Inappropriate Content".
30 sec. Later I uploaded the Video again (Same Title, KW and Category)
1 Hour Later only 2 views.

It's all about timing. I guess the 10 minute difference was a big one!

Did you upload it to the same account? HUGE mistake!!!
I have noticed that after flagging a video something wrong happens to the account and you can't rely on it for anything. I couldn't even delete my own video. They say something like you are not allowed to use interactive features of YT for one month or something like that after the second flagging.

yea im experiencing the exact same thing the same vids can go viral while the other didnt receive more then 50 views. Odd indeed.

There's an element of timing. But I'm pretty sure duplicate content gets demoted in the search algorithm. The more exact copies you upload, the less effective they become. You'll get better results re-encoding & re-naming.
