Sorry, but we do not have country specific sites. However we've had good success posting english articles with the anchor text in foreign language (german, chinese, thai, etc.) and ranking well in Google for that specific country.

SE Slingshot is still working great. With any SEO there is always some level of risk, you just need to balance the risk with how important the site is you need to rank and what you are comfortable with. For most people here that use our services ranking outweighs the value of their domain as most just do a redirect to a new domain if something happens as it is faster to rank.
