UPDATE:
Just a quick one as I need to explain something.
My panel is manual and NOT automated. Why you may ask?
Well, it gives me FULL control over what gets in and what goes out. Even if it gets hacked, if I don't go over the orders, it won't process.
Yes its a bit tedious on my side, but at least I know that if there are issues with the URL's I have control over it. Again, quality first!
Now, the other thing is the statuses.
There are a few that are still as "Accepted" even though they have finished. I need to manually change them for now too, so please bear this in mind.
My previous developers of my Panel sucked balls and therefore I need to work around some nitty gritties.
It may take me about 48 hours to go over the over 1000 orders in queue, so please bear with me on this.
Finally, if anyone knows of an AWESOME PHP / MySQL developer, who is actually English - PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
OK, this is the last one (promise). I am NOT interested in ANY Indian Devs. I love you my Indian Brothers, but damn, I have been through 4 Indian based development companies and have finally learnt my lesson.

I meant to post this review awhile ago. I got a review copy recently from Ruoall. Apologies on the delayed review.
I received a little over 6000 views on a video with Adsense enabled. I used a video that was 2 years old and had next to no traffic so I could see clearly what would happen.
No adsense revenue was generated which is fine.
All 6000 reviews came in from Facebook. I would've preferred a mix of sources but Facebook is big enough that its acceptable.
Majority of the traffic was from Romania (2000 views) followed by Turkey, Serbia and India. This was disappointing. Would've liked it if were more USA and/or UK based traffic. Hopefully targeting is available at a reasonable rate.
Retention rate came in at 79%. Very good. The video was 3:07 long.
All the plays came in as from a desktop on a Windows computer. I would've liked to have seen a little variety in regards to operating systems. Nothing major but it would be a nice touch.
Demographics: Male 41%, Female 59% ... shrug
anyway it took like 2 days for the 6000 views and they were delivered by June 27th. The video is still online with no issue. If it gets pulled I'll come back for an update.

Almost 2000views now, I've gotten my 100 likes. Would have preferred the likes to come slower too but so-far again going well. No bans! Ranking actually zoomed up to 1st! Impressive (well to be fair I search fairly specific tags, but it wouldn't first before. Nevertheless impressive!) Come on come on! Keep it coming, let the ruoall magic happen! :d

I think for the demographics, it's best if you disabled the demographics for the public. I see most music videos with huge views all also have disabled their demographics.

Thanks for the review. YT are pretty quick at taking videos down, only usually takes a couple of days or does in my case.
I was hopinh that a large majority of my views would come via the YT watch page rather than Facebook, i guess i will have to wait and see what happens.

MY REVIEW OF THIS SERVICE
First, I want to thank Ruoall personally for offering free retention views. I think it's a brilliant marketing strategy because not only will I recommend him on the forums now but I will wind up becoming a long term customer myself.
COMMUNICATION -
I list this first because to me, this is my biggest pet peeve with many RV suppliers. Many of them are very difficult to get a hold of, especially the more popular services.... who's names I won't mention. But all I can say is I've used some of Ruoalls competitors before I used him and their communication was AWFUL.
Ruoall on the other hand, his communication is as good as it gets. And if you ask me, good communication is the "oil" that keeps the engine of any great business running smoothly.
Score - 10/10
DELIVERY & SPEED -
Now I can just say "his speed is the best I've seen in a loooong time" but let me really put this into perspective. Like I said before, I have used Ruoalls competitors, and OMF you people have no idea the nightmare I experienced with 1 of them specifically. It took this guy >>> 2 months to deliver HALF of 25k retention views (it wasn't even half it was like 10,500 views). After the first month I got sick and tired. Naturally I started pm'n him for a refund which he persistently AND intentionally IGNORED for 4 weeks straight!!!! I'm getting mad just thinking about it right now.
But he'd respond to my pm's saying "don't worry, any day things will get back to normal". Meanwhile I'm telling him "I don't care, I want a refund, you've been saying that for 4 weeks now and you've broke every single one of your promises" ... it was just horrendous and terribly unprofessional. I really wish I can drop names but I do NOT want to put a target on Ruoalls back.
So all I will say is Ruoall was able to complete 5K RV's in 2 days. He's not just delivering faster than his competitors, he's also delivering faster than Vagex AND utubeviews who are currently restricting views to a MAX of 100 / day (which is absurd).
Ruoall on the other hand? He reminds me of Quicksilver from X-men Days Of Future Past (great movie btw lol).
Score - 12/10
QUALITY & STICKINESS
Let's get right to the point here. The quality of his views looks awesome based on my YT stats. But I'm no expert on this topic which is why I judge the true quality of RV's by the "stickiness" of the videos. And this is something that can only be judged over the course of time (weeks/months/etc). For that reason I won't be scoring this today.
What I can say, Ruoall seems to be very confident by delivering his views at a very high rate of speed.... and he would NOT be doing that if his view's weren't top quality. I know there are people who don't think thousands of views / day is a "very high rate of speed" but in this day and age it IS. Compared to 99% of his competitors it IS extremely fast. And there is NOBODY delivering "millions of views a week". Anyone looking for that type of speed needs to wake up and realize this isn't 2012 anymore. And even if it was it still wouldn't be a smart thing to do (imo).
To sum up. I feel like Ruoall has injected a fresh breath of oxygen right into the lungs of the RV market place. And overall I highly recommend this service.

What is the best way to contact the seller, I have a couple of orders pending and I tried to email him, using the email on the first page, but no one responded. If seller can post his preferred method of communication that would be great. I DON'T have an issue, just a couple of questions.
