im sorry, no we dont currently, however I think CS could achieve maybe up to 10% on this one with proper training .. just a guestimate tho

I sent you the code to activate Captcha Sniper last week, but I sent it from a different email address from what I bought it from. You very quickly asked me to send it from that email address, which I did. I waited 48 hours and got nothing back. I resent it, waited another 48 hours and still got nothing back?

We are never more than 12 hours out on this. most of the times its between 0-4 hours, so if you have not received your license, its likely that mail is bouncing somewhere along the line. In this case, simply ping me via skype ~ imbotz ~ so I can get you taken care

I just had a situation where I was moving some things to a different VPS and had a glitch with one of my Captcha Snipers... seriously, from the time I let them know to the time I got the response from them was under 2 minutes.

Then I sent them what they requested and again, less than 2 minutes for the solution.

That is well past fast!

All you should need to do is launch CaptchaSniper.exe, thats it. If you are getting login failed from SER, then you can try the self test from the help pull down menu in CS to make sure that CS is set up and running correctly. If that fails as well, its probably something simple like port 80 being used by another application. The help pull down menu can help you with this as well. Or you can ping me via skype ~ imbotz ~ and I can take a look remotely.

I have v4.01, is it the last one?
When I clik on "check for update" it says Server error ( but the tool is working well).
I'm using it with GSA, so maybe a newer version would increase the success rate of captcha solving.

Everytime I download it, it seems the main application file is missing and only the csse.exe opens.

you are likely using AVG or McAfee which is currently producing a false positive on captchasniper.exe, so you'll need to add an exception. I'm working on getting it whitelisted

Yes of course, from the help pull down menu, there is an option to check for updates

I also face that issue - been trying to set accuracy instead of speed mode but it did not help. Also appears on our own added captchas - in the desctruction toolkit I can see the proper caprcha - so the no answer seems to be really random. Hope it will be solved with the upcoming update. You should also think about adding catpctha monitor or integrate it with cs, as with the last update it was not recognizing cs - and it really is not handy to start another app that only controls if the cs is not hanging.

Ok I installed the new version, did I make something bad, because as the example you can see on the pic, it says No Answer for a captcah that is in the list jus above (60% success rate) ?

Thats right, in 4.5 speed/accuracy, you will not notice any differences. (This is different than the question above, btw ) You should not even need cs montior anymore, so theres not really a need to bundle it with the distribution. If you have any issues which you feel may warrant the need for this then please let me help remotely as there is clearly something awry with your install

Version 4.5, We dont publish unstable software, we actually have a regression testing plan in place that we use (unlike other notorious vendors here )

I've seen that ppl were complaining about software crashes in past, so does this still happens often / less often or how stable is it at the moment? I'm looking to leave it for a week or few and then come back and it should still be working. Thanks

Well as all developers do (hopefully), we try to make it as stable as possible. I dont think there is any software in the world .. to date ... that hasnt seen a crash at one time or another. Yes, its stable as long as you dont try to run it without the proper resources
