We do not allow GSA.

DMCA complaints which were received due to actions not caused by the client like infections or breaches in security are handled with the best support we can provide to the client. Infringements where the client caused illegal content himself to be shown on his service, are handled by our Terms of Service, and could lead to a suspension.

In the short term we are not planning to offer Windows VPS, but we will continue to offer Windows OS on our Cloud hosting plans and Dedicated Servers.

If there is a valid reason for more than 10 IP's you can get more. We also have special VPS or Dedicated SEO hosting plans, where it is possible to have up to 1000 IP's.

i have a vps and Cpanel license with them and it has been down for last one hour. when i contacted the chat support this is what they told me:

I am trying to order Bronze shared hosting for 2 years but when I use the code 'BHWSHARED40' it says 'The promotion code you entered has been applied to your cart but no items qualify for the discount yet - please check the promotion terms'.

Is this not working any more or does the Bronze option not qualify?
