It's about right for a decent setup - you could run 10-20 campaigns in that.
but you could start much cheaper IF you were on a budget.
10-20 campaigns? LOL. I'm using the same exact server he plans on buying and right now I have more than 80 campaigns set up.
And I'm churning out over a million links / day.
To the OP -
Let me tell you what I don't like about your plan.
Instantlinkindexer is expensive as hell. I haven't personally compared them to indexification but indexification is only $17 / month.
And it gets about 60-70% of my links indexed in a week. I would maybe do instantlinkindexer for a month, then switch to indexification
and see if you notice a difference. If not, go with indexification.
Second, people will hate me for saying this, because it goes against the grain and is highly controversial.
But I tried 3 different proxy suppliers and every single one DROPPED my LPM in GSA. And I've had about 14 months to play with settings
and continually go back and tweak things. I don't know why, but till this day I get a much higher LPM with public proxies.
Another thing I despise about private / semi-private proxies is they were getting banned about 15-30 minutes after I would plug them in.
Then I had to go back to the supplier, request new ones, and I'd have to wait 3-24 hours just to get them replaced. During this time, I
was FORCED to use public proxies, which is when I noticed my LPM would shoot through the roof.
Till this day I'm very suspect about whether its better to have just a few private proxies, or a shitload of public proxies. My own testing has
proved to me that public are always better. But like 90% of people on this forum say to use private / semi-private.
My situation could be extremely rare, idk. But with this said, I HIGHLY recommend you switch back and forth between private and public.
Don't just assume you'll get better results with paid proxies, actually test for yourself. Another benefit I get with public proxies (aside from
a significantly higher LPM) is I can live GSA running for days, sometimes even weeks without ever monitoring my campaigns. With private
or semi-private, I was logging in every 2-3 hours just to see if it was time to replace all my paid proxies.
And I still don't understand how marketers deal with this. Every time I've ever bought paid proxies, no matter what my settings are, they
ALWAYS got banned in less than an hour. So even when I was using paid proxies, the high majority of the time I still had to use public.
And it boggles my mind why nobody else every talks about this or brings this up. All I ever hear is "paid proxies are faster, you get higher
stick rates, higher LPM, etc etc". That was never the case with me, I just plug them in, see my LPM drop to 20-30% what it normally was,
then BAM all the proxies were banned just like that. It happened every single time I ever bought proxies.
When you tag on the cost of proxies, and all the problems I was experiencing used them, it made absolutely no sense in the world why
I should use them.
That's just me though. Test for yourself and maybe you'll have a better experience.
Good luck.
