They are working. It's hard to say as they are being sent much quicker and through a different method. There hasn't been losses for a while now to be honest.
ordered 10000 views yesterday for 2 of my videos (5000 each) and the system tells me they are accepted. Nothing happening yet, but I'm assuming views will start coming soon.
