Why am I being asked very personal/sensitive information especially for the type of website I am going to host (which I already talked with you about)?

This is the first time a web host has gone through so many checks with me: called my phone number for verification, asked more info in the form than the usual and now a driver's license or passport or whatever.
A bit disappointed.

Our account verification system first checks valid users by phone. Then, it checks if their name indicated in registered account and payment name match up. It's done to avoid fraud. If they do not match, we ask for a document that would verify their identity. These measures are taken by many companies to avoid fraudulent payments.
As I can see, your account has already been activated.

We do not yet accept payza. But we do accept payments through PayPal, Alipay, WebMoney, MoneyBookers (Skrill), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, CashU, Paysera and Ebanx.

Yes, every service and discount are being provided.
Yes, the discounts are not recurring, on every service there is a specified maximum time period for which it is valid. VPS, Cloud - from 1 to 3 months, Dedicated for the first month, Shared for up to 1 year.
I'm sure everything will be resolved. Our support ticket system is the best and quickest way for any problem to be fixed.
For now we only offer Windows OS (2003, 2008, Windows 7) as an option on our Cloud hosting packages.
