Email Spider is a more robust version with more features. Targeted Email Finder has a simple "wizard" style GUI but has way less in terms of customization for finding emails addresses. You can grab the trial for both versions and see which one you prefer.
So just bought the email spider .. I've been scraping big-g with scrapebox and saving out domain urls and using that as the urls to start to email scrape from.
what I want to know is how can I get this bot to go faster?
I've set it to 45 processes.. but the thread count is usually hovering around 9-15.
I've got 8k urls -- at my current rate it might take up to 15hrs to complete the scrape.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
I will eventually push this software up to a muscular VPS if thats the bottleneck? or is it proxies (im using 20)

How deep do you have it set to parse the URLS?
now its going very slow again.
it appears to be spidering several /folders/inside/.... is there a way to just spider top level topology?
no need to go inside /wp-includes/css/jquery etc.
FYI: I have the depth set at custom level "1".. and restrict to :: Domain enabled & turned off external site spidering.

I am very interested in mass scraping and mass emailing. From what I've read, this is the best tool for scraping email addresses. I don't know all the terminology for emailing and the techniques that get inboxed etc. Before buying I'd like to learn more about mass emailing. I'm getting hung up over SMTP, Spam, proxies, VPNs with IPs, etc. Do you know of anywhere that has a newbie guide?
