Apologies to those who haven't received their orders in the past week - we had some issues with our order forms: for some orders we didn't receive the e-mail which arrives automatically each time an order is placed. Upon closer examination we realized it was an issue with JotForm and not our website, so we had to enter our account and read and process each order manually. We contacted their tech support and they apologized and explained what the problem was and it was swiftly resolved. However, there are still quite a few orders that still need to be processed.
In the next hours I will finish processing each and every remaining order and I will resolve all of your issues, via e-mail, skype, and PM today.
Also, I haven't been able to be online on skype lately due to difficulty getting a good connection while traveling, but I have been answering emails as soon as I've been able to. Skype and e-mail support will resume as usual as of today. Please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
By the way: I know I've been announcing the panel for the past month and a half, and I have been experiencing delays due to testing and constant updating when I find there is a bug or a feature that needs to be improved. I'm confident the panel will be available this week for your ordering needs, and orders will be processed up to 2-3x faster than usual. In fact, Normal Retention Views will be instant start, meaning they will begin as soon as you add them, no need to wait for confirmation or anything like that. Eventually I will make all remaining services (YT Regular Views, YT Mixed Retention Views, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Soundcloud services) instant start.
