Im moving from current VPS to another, there is a tool that wipes the licence from current VPS. Do you mind sharing it?

Bought scrapebox today and am totally satisfied. Hard to believe that it's so cheap. Still in the learning curve.

It doesn't wipe it in the sense your thinking. When you activate it on the new vps, its auto wiped from the old vps. All the tool does is allow a new license to be setup on the pc if one is already setup. So you don't have a current pc with a license active, but want to change it to another license in a different name, so you don't need the tool and it won't do anything for you except waste your time.

Just submit for the transfer and then when the new one is active, the old vps will no longer work. Scrapebox is very strict on its security, there is nothing on the old vps that can allow them to take your license.

Make sure you have the latest scrapebox version and try again.

You can run multiple instances. But you should not run SB from the same folder. Just copy the folder and paste it on different location or rename it to scrapebox2 and then start your second instance.

What command to use for finding out competitors backlinks in SB apart from the Backlink checker Addon ?

Does it popup an error box? Make sure scrapebox is set as trusted/allowed in all security software such as anti-virus, malware checkers, firewall etc... Note that disabling such programs does nothing, it only stops new rules from being created, but existing rules still fire, so you have to delete existing rules and actually set scrapebox as trusted/allowed.

No worries, I have over 100 videos on that channel and I sometimes forget what I have recorded, lol

A socket error occurs generally when something forcibly closes the connection, it could be a firewall, bad proxies etc.
Firstly try it with and without proxies. Addons only pull proxy data from scrapebox on startup, so if the use proxies box is checked or unchecked on startup and any proxies loaded, will only be refreshed in the addon if the addon is restarted. So try unchecking the use proxies box and restart the addon, does it still happen?
If so then it's probably something firewall or antivirus related.
Its basically process of elimination. If it happens without proxies its probably local, if it happens only with proxies, then its probably a proxy issue.

new feature suggestion: i want to suggest a new feature "multi-thread sitemap creator". the function will load url first, then visit that site, create a sitemap and save it in local file (like link extractor)

so, in the 2nd stage, we can load local links and scrape links from those sitemap at depth we want. in short, this feature will help us to get all url of target site where admin did not make any sitemap

I can see some issue of page scanner - an export for some bigger lists is not working properly - seems to be exporting them very slowly or not all results that we can see in export statistics. There is also no log/temp files in Addon_Sessions for that addon, so many results will be lost. Would be also great to see a progress bar in that addon as well as functionality from other sb addons we have.

I'm actually having a problem with the Backlink Checker 2... I've inputed all my Moz API info, in the proper format... even watched the loopline video, to double check. Its giving me "Error 503"

Edit: I've gotten rid of the error message, I got a new API key... now when I run the check, it instantly completes and says there are 0 backlinks, when I know there is a lot of them.

and try your domain, does it show a lot of backlinks? Bearing in mind that the MOZ crawl scope is obviously not as large as google, so it can only show you backlinks that it has found. I have seen sites that have backlinks but moz knows about none of them so it can't return any.

Also it won't matter if those proxies above are private or not, they are ip authenticated so no one can steal them.

Its working fine for me and I routinely use it on large lists. It can take a minute, but when it goes thru it has to log all the results and then it has to scan the array and create all the various files from the array, so its bound to take a minute.

Also after you have sent the report, next time it crashes choose to close the application. Then go into your scrapebox folder and there will be a bugreport.txt file. Grab that file and mail it to

scrapeboxhelp (at] gmail [dot} com

or

support (at} scrapebox [dot) com

and they can read the bug report and help you out.

Well - after the export in page scanner always appears some pop-up - that it has been completed. For bigger lists it's not appearing after an hour or more. If you could remember what was the biggest list you went through page scanner?
