Hey guys,
This is the first time I made some good money selling amazon products. A client who bough a pinterest account from me told me about this method and it really worked .

So here it goes.

1. Create a blog in women fashion niche
2. Make sure that u select a cool theme.
3. Add your amazon affiliate products *all related to women fashion* on that blog (add at least 250, it would hardy take 2-3 days )
4. Create a short description ( 2-3 lines max ) for each product and at the bottom add a link of ur amazon affiliate product
Example: View attachment 48005


5. There should be 5-6 categories. I added Bags, dresses, shoes, glasses and jackets/coats.
6. Create a pinterest account.
7. Try to get followers on that account ( it took me 20 days to get 10K targeted followers )
8. Now search for "bags" on google images and save 40-50 best images.
9. Pin all these pictures and in the source of those pins, add the url of bags section from ur blog so that the people are redirected to ur Bags page when they click on those pins.
10. repeat step 7-8 for each category.
11. Pin 75-100 picture/day on that pinterest account (your product url in the source of those pins) and you will start getting 500+ traffic in 15 days.
12. If all the steps are followed properly, you will start getting sales in 7-10 days.

I stopped working with my amazon affiliate account about a year ago because... well I was too lazy to follow few old methods

But it looks like I can again setup something like review blogs with paid articles, reviews, fb fan pages with paid likes and couple of cheap youtube video testimonials (thanks to fiverr) to increase conversion rate to keep my amazon associate and many other accounts busy

If you want a twist...why limit yourself to just amazon. Theres ebay and other affiliate links you could throw in there. Like wanelo or fancy.

And do your research first. Pinterest removes your affiliate tag from your amazon URL if you post a direct link. You have to direct them to your blog, where your affiliate link will be posted.

I have been thinking about this for some months now. Due to available Pinterest Bots, the job is easy if you only do a picture blog without amazon links. However, if a pinterest user follows a product picture link to your site, it's likly they want to buy the product which adsense fails to deliver (they still do not know where to buy the item they want). So, structuring a site like descriped here is a lot better than just spamming pictures.


I happen to be using pinblaster (bot) already which comes along with pingrabber. Pingrabber is able to scrape Pinterest pictures and text and collects them in a text file (path to image + text). After that, Pinblaster loads the txt files and posts the pictures along with their text to the blog (and after that you can just let it pin them all to pinterest).

Now, if there was some software like pingrabber that collected pictures and descriptions from amazon.com and saves them in a Pinblaster compatible format while adding amazon affiliate links, this job would be on autopilot entirly (you could create huge product sites in seconds).

Havn't found anything like this yet. Might be a profitable niche for developers.

Can anyone else confirm what brynrsr said?

From what I understand, what he's saying is that instead of putting our amazon affiliate ID on the URL link at the bottom of each pins, we should put the link to the page on our website that has the product link of our amazon affiliate ID.

Now when I read Step 9 again, it seems to support what brynsr said because there the OP just said "9. Pin all these pictures and in the source of those pins, add the url of bags section from ur blog so that the people are redirected to ur Bags page when they click on those pins.".

But looking at the picture provided by OP on step number 4, you can clearly see that it's our Amazon Link that should be on the URL of each pins.

Now that confuses me. So which one is it?
Direct amazon affiliate link of the product category on URL for each pins
OR
our website link that contains the page of the picture that has our amazon affiliate link on it for each pins?

PS.
Once we're done with all the picture all that's left is repinning and following people that would hopefully follow us back right?

Amzn usually approves most sites for their affiliate program. When I started I just linked them to a blog on dogs that I did. It only had 2 pages of content. They may not approve if it looks like you're just creating the site to sell products and not bringing any value to readers. And if you don't have an approved affiliate account you won't be making any sales so that explains your metrics. I'm not sure what you mean by needing to sell an item to get reviewed. You won't be selling any items if you don't have an approved aff account since your link will just be pointing to the amazon product page with no tag to give you a commission.
